Book Description Hardcover. Condition: NF. Dust Jacket Condition: NF. First Edition. Red cloth. Light edge wear in DJ that was in poor condition and then was laminated; Inscribed by the author and by W. Parker Lyon. Both inscriptions dated 1941. Lyon's inscription notes that this is the first edition of the book. Lyon was the founder of the Pony Express Museum in Arcadia, California. The Pony Express museum was the subject of a photo taken by Man Ray in the 1940s. William Parker Lyon was referred to as Fresno's P. T.
