About this title

This is one of a series of four books written by Lois Rock with child-friendly illustrations from Anna Leplar. Each double-page spread has a different focus on Prayer. It asks key questions such as: What is prayer? It emphasizes talking to God anywhere. For example, one double-page spread shows a boy up in a tree. The text says, ‘If you want to make a special time to pray, you can go to a place all along. There you can really think about what you want to say.’ It gives suggestions of what to pray for, reminds children prayer is both listening and talking to God and concludes with the traditional form of The Lord’s Prayer. The 4 book series will make a great gift or addition to a school, church or home library.
