One of 1500 copies. Very good in original plain wrappers with a paper spine. The front panel is creased and has short tears and the rear panel has a horizontal closed tear from left to right, center crease, and light foxing throughout. The committee issuing this report consisted of twenty-five people, including Charles Carroll of Carrollton, Isaac McKim, William Patterson and Thomas Ellicott. This report was one of the forces leading to the creation of the B&O Railroad and ground was broken for the railroad on July 4, 1828. Bookseller Inventory #
