Scarce dust jacket is rubbed with some chipping to extremities. This is a comprehensive survery of essential features of tobacco production including the botanical relations and growth characteristics of the tobacco plant and the complex problem of classification of leaf tobacco on the basis of type, grade and quality as related to its utilization in manufacture; applied tobacco production in all of its phases; theory of production and the findings of agronomic, physiological, biochemical, and genetic research bearing on the further improvement of existing strains. Art journals, Italian Fascist publications, etc., culled from Walter J. Johnson's liquidation, as well as a collection rare jazz records, including 100's of Boogie Woogie and BeBop '78s, And much more, just ask. I was previously established as The Book Merchants, the Philadelphia's Riverside Book Fair and 30th Street Station Book Fair. In 1991 I purchased the stock of Samuel Kleinman's legendary Schuylkill Book and Curio Shop of 4207 Lancaster Ave., Phila. PA.
