About the Author:

B.J. Lucian, FSC, has been a member of the international Order of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, (De La Salle Brothers), for fifty years. He has been a psychology teacher/counselor in the U.S. and the Philippines. Nowadays he reads and writes history and teaches zoology for the Memphis Zoological Society. He is Professor Emeritus at Christian Brothers University, Memphis, Tennessee.
