Book is in very good condition, the spine is tight and there is no damage to the cover or the pages. There is a book sellers ink stamp on the cover page. The paper is yellowing. The jacket is intact but has small tears around the outside edges and larger tears at the top and bottom of the outside front. "Here is the full text of . the book upon which modern sexual pathology is founded." The author has been referred to as the first great clinician of sexual inversion.
