Bound in three quarter red leather with black cloth boards. Gilt title and raised bands to spine. There is a two inch closed tear to the leather on the rear hinge. Rubbing and wear to hinges and edges of boards. Previous owner's signature in pencil to front endpaper. Foxing to early and late pages of the interior.
