The first eleven pages are a list of Freemen (301;, the remainder are 'The List of Persons Entitled to Vote in the Election of Members for the Borough of Maidstone, in respect of Property occupied within the Parish of Maidstone,.'. This contains a further 338 names. Registers like these became statutory in the 1830s and were published frequently, but they do not survive in any numbers.
