Di quest'opera sono stata realizzate 150 copie su carta Japon arricchite da sei tavole non presenti nell'edizione su carta velina. Legatura in pelle con cinque nervi al dorso, titolo in oro. A pagina 226 puntasecca di Pierre-Auguste Renoir (Limoges 1841 - Cagnes-sur-Mer 1919), Le Chapeau �pingle, mm 118x 82. Il soggetto, precedentemente trattato in un dipinto a olio del 1893 Summer Hats, ritrae la figlia della pittrice Berthe Morisot (Bourges 1841 - Parigi 1895), Julie, che appunta fiori sul cappello a tesa larga della cugina Paulette. Attraverso un tratto delicato ma rapido, l'artista riproduce uno dei temi a lui tanto cari, il ritratto femminile colto in un momento di intimit� quotidiana. In basso a sinistra firma in lastra.
