About this title

The dustcover has been contained in a transparent sleeve since its acceptance "with Compliments of Princeton University Press" by Kristine Mann Library, Inc, New York. See list of contents on illustration of back cover in image. Better version can be scanned and sent as can list of illustration. The book measures ten and a quarter inches x seven and three-quarter inches and is almost two-and-a-quarter inches deep, and weighs three and three-quarter pounds - this means it will just be mailable internationally when packed (beyond 4lbs maximum is prohibitive cost-wise!).
