Erica Martin is a literacy specialist at Kildeer Countryside School District 96, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. With over twenty years of experience as a literacy coach, reading interventionist, and English teacher, Erica has consulted with districts throughout the United States in literacy curriculum design, response to intervention, and data analysis. During Erica's service to Kildeer Countryside District 96, the district has been recognized as a model PLC, and her middle school has been awarded two Blue Ribbon Awards of Excellence. She has also received a Those Who Excel Award for Excellence in Middle School Literacy Coaching.
Erica holds master's degrees in curriculum and instruction and literacy education, along with a reading specialist certification from Northern Illinois University.
Lisa May is a proud member of Kildeer Countryside School District 96, a model PLC school. With over twenty years of education experience, she has classroom experience ranging from kindergarten through fourth grade. Lisa has also served as a reading specialist and interventionist. She was honored in 2014 as one of Those Who Excel in Illinois for her contributions as a literacy coach.
Lisa earned a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Concordia University and a master's degree as a reading specialist from Olivet Nazarene University.
