About the Author:

He has twenty-five years of experience as a trust officer, investment banker, builder/developer, and commercial real estate broker. He is the CEO of Safe Harbour Equity, Inc., the vice chair of the California Self-Storage Association, and serves on the board of directors of the Northern California chapter of CCIM. He is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he wrestled at the NCAA Division I level. He is a regular columnist on distressed commercial real estate for the magazine, The Registry Real Estate Journal and a passionate and outspoken presenter on the structural risks embedded in the fabric of our financial system.
