About the Author

Robert E. Lee holds a BA from Columbia College of Missouri and a Masters in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University. He is a Lieutenant with the DeSoto Texas Police Department. The focus for almost half of his 20+ year career has been on training and officer development.
