Linda McKinlay has been the Chair of the Early Childhood Education Department at Okanagan University College since 1991. She has an extensive background as an instructor, trainer and facilitator in the skills of interpersonal relationship building and effective group participation. Linda is also a longstanding member of a number of task forces for projects in the social service sector.
Heather Ross has been an instructor in the department of Early Childhood Education at Okanagan University College since 1995. Her areas of specialty are communication, group effectiveness and practicum placements. She also has extensive practical experience as a childcare worker and runs her own business as a Behaviour Consultant, supporting and training families and staff in the field of child care.
