About the Author

Linda is also a longstanding member of a number of task forces for projects in the social service sector.

Heather Ross has been an instructor in the department of Early Childhood Education at Okanagan University College since 1995. Her areas of specialty are communication, group effectiveness and practicum placements. She also has extensive practical experience as a childcare worker and runs her own business as a Behaviour Consultant, supporting and training families and staff in the field of child care.
