About this title

Synopsis:

To a large extent, Remembering Wholeness is an introduction to Jozef and to his ideas, to the timeless, eternal truths that underscore his life’s work. He speaks to us of the need to become fully discerning, fully accountable for ourselves in every aspect of our lives and to awaken to a fuller understanding of Creative Source, one that takes into account both the masculine and feminine forces at play in the universe. His vision and his insights serve as the underpinning of the book, and the ideas presented here provide the foundation for many future works of his yet to come.

In particular, Remembering Wholeness examines the energy of the Divine Feminine as it is reflected in the healing arts. This is part of a larger definition of healing, one that includes the spiritual aspect of our being. It is a way of considering health that has been lost to us for some time and which we are only now beginning to remember. In a sense, the story is told through many eyes, through the eyes of those who have learned to see with more than the usual degree of spiritual sight. Insights into the process of remembering wholeness come not only from the authors but from many others as well.

The modalities explored in these pages engage the individual in the healing process spiritually, emotionally and mentally as well as physically. They do not separate soul from body or heart from mind. In coming to understand the impetus behind these methods and their grounding in the feminine energy, we can also see the energetics of healing for the 21st century as it begins to take shape and form.

An added feature of Remembering Wholeness is an interview with Jozef on the subject of natural healing modalities and the direction of the energetics of healing for the 21st century.

About the Author:

Jozef Dominguez’s objectives reach beyond all boundaries of gender, age, religion, race, and creed. He sets his sights on the higher goals of soul growth and the alleviation of suffering for all Beings, for all of Life. From the beginning, these two spiritual mandates have been the guiding principles for all his philanthropic causes to which Jozef lends his energy, visionary focus, and considerable resources.

Jozef awakens us to the promptings of our own inner wisdom, and to demonstrate the means by which we may apply this wisdom on all levels of our Being. He challenges us to recognize and to fulfill our highest purpose in this life and to translate this vision into productive action that serves the common good. Whatever we undertake for our collective growth, he tells us, can create a ripple effect in society that carries with it an enormous opportunity for constructive change. Activating our discernment, accepting personal accountability, and acknowledging our gifts and abilities we may have as tools for public service are the first steps we must take along this journey. Through his writings, lectures, and all of his philanthropic work, Jozef reinforces the message of finding avenues together which foster our collective spiritual growth.

Jozef is actively involved in an ever-expanding array of humanitarian concerns, ranging from educational reform to community development and integrative health care. Areas of focus at the present time include the development of innovative literacy programs for at-risk youths and projects to serve our homeless population through the ALPHA Literacy Program, Partnerships with Kids, and Art in the Making. Many of the programs that Jozef spearheads have been implemented first in an underserved, ethnically diverse area of New Mexico and in the Seattle area, before being released nationally. In March, 2003, the Ford Foundation, in association with the Advocacy Institute of Washington, DC, recognized Jozef for his "extraordinary leadership in tackling tough social problems," and for his "ingenuity, effectiveness, and high degree of commitment" in responding to some of the most challenging social problems we face today.

As President and Founder of Sierra Dove Global Association, Divine Imaging, the Trinity Family Foundation, and GoldWorks, Jozef is able to address a broad spectrum of social issues. Educational projects are carried out under the auspices of Sierra Dove Global Association, a non-profit organization, while Jozef’s events, publications, and holistic products are offered through Divine Imaging, with the Trinity Family Foundation and GoldWorks serving as resource companies.

As a writer, speaker, and consultant of extraordinary capabilities, Jozef travels nationally and internationally, assisting both individuals and groups in achieving a larger measure of spiritual insight and direction. He is the author of Remembering Wholeness: The Energetics of Healing for the 21st Century and The Golden Thread: Awakening to the Feminine Divine, co-authored with Julia Hope Price. Jozef is presently at work on a third book, to be released in the winter of 2004, entitled Restore Us All: The Three Faces of Prayer.
