About this title

The purpose of this book is to introduce you to a philosophy of weight loss that is designed to move the mind into a continuous motion of reoccurring thought. This is not by definition a discipline, but a transition - a new mindset about weight loss, food, exercise, and life itself. The enlightenment that occurs while you read will open your imagination to new reasoning and free the mind to do what it does best, and that is to solve problems.

There are appendices in the back of the book. These forms have been most helpful to me and I have used them extensively throughout my journey in weight loss.

The more you read, the more knowledge you will obtain that will eventually lead you to take action toward your life-changing goal.
