Report from the Committee of Elections, to whom was referred, on the ninth instant, the petition of Thomas Spalding, of the state of Georgia, complaining of an undue election and return of Cowles Mead, returned to serve in this House, as one of the representatives for said state. December 18th, 1805. Read, and ordered to be committed to a committee of the whole House, on Monday next.
