A report discussing the various undertakings by the Westchester County Sanitary Sewer Commission, detailing construction efforts in installing large sewage lines, the construction of various facilities, etc. This includes photos of the construction projects and sites, as well as small maps depicting the places of construction. Mentioned is the Blind Brook Project, the Mamaroneck Valley Project, the Saw Mill River Project and the Hutchinson Valley Project. GOOD condition, ex-library. Faint stamp, alphanumerical notation and duplicate (in pencil) marking to the front cover. No other treatments present. Some fading and minor creasing along the extremities.
