About the Author: Felix Zandman holds a Doctorate in Physics from the Sorbonne, Paris, France and a degree in mechanical engineering. He is the founder of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., the largest U.S. and European manufacturer of passive electronic components and a major manufacturer of discrete semiconductors and selected integrated circuits.
Paul-Rene Simon holds a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Toulouse, France. He is a Scientific Consultant for the CEE and the French Ministry of Research and Development in electronic components and related fields.
Joseph Szwarc is Chief Engineer for Foil Resistors at Vishay Israel. He studied engineering in Poland and France, and holds diplomas in mechanical and electrical engineering.
