About the Author: Uwe Hermann obtained his MTech degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management in 2009 and currently he is pursuing his PhD. He has worked on various research projects in the field of sustainable/responsible tourism, heritage tourism and events. He has authored several academic articles and book chapters in these relevant.
