The work is a thoroughly revised and updated account of Professor Kern's study, 'A Biologic and Taxonomic Study of the Genus Cyrnnosporangiurri,' published by the New York Botanical Garden in 1911.This presentation of both old and new material as well as many references to the pathological aspects of important host plants of the cedar-apple groups will be invaluable not only for scientists, but also for orchardists, nurserymen, landscape gardeners, and quarantine officials.
