Black boards with black cloth spine and chartreuse lettering. Black dustwrapper with bright yellow title and subtitle lettering across top front cover; chart illustration at center front cover, publicity blurb and author names in red across lower front cover; light wear at front cover corners; 1" tear down front cover left spine edge, with small triangular piece missing at top of tear, with a few creases near tear at top edge left front cover: now in mylar which forgives these sins graciously. Previous owner bookplate on inside front cover, that of George E. Vaillant, with his name pre-printed: Presentation copy for Vaillant, inscribed by author on ffep.
