Original blue paper-covered boards, priced "7s 6d" on spine, pages untrimmed fore and lower edges. Wood-engraved vignette on front cover, another on title-page, wood-engraved emblems on both covers, head and tail pices in text. Both front and back boards slightly darked towards fore-edge. some slight wear including to corners, contemporary signature on ffep, but overall about fine and a superb and scarce example of early printed boards.
