Stab-stitched pamphlet in plain wrappers. Some chipping to edges, front wrapper just beginning to detach at foot. Light toning to text, early owner signature (of Samuel Hubbard) to front wrapper and head of title page. A nice copy of a scarce item. $50. * These rules were issued periodically; others were published in 1805, 1810, 1814 and 1827.
