SPECIAL EDITION IN SLIPCASE (limitation and number not noted). 4to. (28 cm.) 95{1}p. Profusely illustrated with black and white and seven color captioned photos. Endpapers are aerial views of the golf course. Green cloth with the Club's Northwest Indian insignia in black on the front cover and black letters on the spine in a green cloth slipcase with a similar design on the front panel. Ever so slight musty odor, else near fine to fine with clean cloth, bright colors and no internal markings. Slipcase in fine condition. Sahalee Country Club, Sammamish, King County, Washington, was incorporated in 1967 and the golf course opened August 9, 1969. The course was designed by well known golf architect Ted Robinson of Rolling Hills, California, who also designed several courses in the Palm Springs, California area, as well as the Meridian Valley Golf Course in Kent, Washington and several others in Washington. The first Golf Pro was Paul Runyan of the La Jolla Country Club (California), who brought with him his staff, which included Jack Taylor, Carl Welty, and Bert Grobs.
