This is a collection of short stories including the following: "A Storm at the Crossroads"; "Three Episodes in the Life of Timothy Osborn"; "Four Brothers"; "Terwilliger"; "The Language of Angels"; "The Man Who Nothing on Earth". Born in Caroline County, Virginia in 1886, Tristram Tupper was an author who also wrote THE HOUSE OF FIVE SWORDS (1922), ADVENTURING (1923), JORGENSEN (1926), THE RIVER (1927), and AMBROSE (1951).
