Blue paper SC book has light blue font on front cover, and cutout showing inside page in the shape of milk pouring into a glass. Marked on second from last page "This publication supervised and prepared under the direction of the Office of the New York-New Jersey Milk Market Administrator, 205 East 42nd. Street, New York, New York 10017". PO name ffep has been blacked out with marker, some light scribbling and marking on front cover, pencil scriblbling rfep. Mild foxing page edges, otherwise, unmarked and good. Extensive use of blue color illustrations throughout showing talking and walking milk cartons, etc. Very unusual piece.
