A separate chemise includes a bifolium from Horae Beatae Virginis printed at Saint Dominic's Press. A facsimile of Daisy and Marguerite is also included. In all, there are three separate volumes in boards, with the bibliography backed in morocco. Compiled by Michael Taylor and Brocard Sewell, and printed at the Whittington Press.
