v, 172pp, index, illustrated with a full-page family crest, tan buckram with decoration of Sanders homestead embossed in black at cover, very bright and clean, in an edge-worn dust jacket with minor occasional rubbing, a few shallow closed tears at top edge, and a small area along rear spine fold of faded oil (?) stain, else clean and bright in protective Brodart. This appears to have been the personal copy of the author's brother, William Howard Parker, as noted on page 121 of the text, and includes his name, address, and telephone number in ink at front fly.
