6 pages. The multi-talented Johnson was an early black leader of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), a Consul in Latin America, and the author of a number of books. In his spare time, he wrote songs like this one, in partnership with Will Marion Cook, one of the leading African American composers of his day. Two copies, both very good or better. One, with a list of salon and concert songs numbered 7823 on the final page, and the other with an ad for All Aboard for Dixie Land on the back cover, with the ID number 9609.
