Chapters include Oats and Barley; Fish; Shellfish and Seaweed; Game; Beef and Lamb; Fruits, Sweets, and Puddings; Vegetables, Soups, and Other Dishes; Sugar and Spice, Cakes and Baking, Scottish Sweeties and Preserves; Cheese; and Culinary Interchange.
