*Inscribed by Author* Second Printing stated on copyright page and on Dust Jacket. The book is in near fine condition, with some very mild spots of foxing on the page edges, the cover and titles are fine, a slight spine lean. The dust jacket is complete and bold in color, suffers only from some edge wear at the head ( a 1" tear on backside) and foot of the binding and a spot of wear at top front corner. Inscribed by the author opposite title page under a great b&w photograph of a sequential view from behind the ten pins of a ball in all its stages as it hits the head pin. "To John Fox, With my sincere regards with the hope a few more pins fall in the future! signed 'Dawson' July 27, 1966. Dawson Taylor went on to write many classic books about bowling and especially golf. He alos coauthored books with Earl Anthony, Craig Stadle, Horton Smith, and Gary Wiren.
