Collection of adventures and mysteries solved by the quaint English priest Father Brown. "Father Brown id the one detective in English fiction, besides Sherlock Holmes, whose entertaining personality is so human and unique that he has achieved living individuality. A tight, fine copy in the rare Steele illustrated dust jacket which has narrow chipping along the bottom edge of the somewhat sunned spine, a small chip at the head of the spine one tip and an old tape stain to the head of the spine which extends over the top four words of the title.
