163 pages. Protected in new mylar. Binding has light rubbing, a few spots and damp stain. Previous owner's name and date of April 1910 on the front free end paper. A very light damp stain on a few pages, otherwise the interior is clean, no other marks. Binding is slightly cocked, but solid and tight.
