Serwinski is the CEO and senior managing director of Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc., a middle-market investment banking and financial advisory firm specializing in ownership transition and the implementation of exit strategies. Brian Snarr is a partner at Morrison Cohen LLP in New York and is chair of the firm's Compensation and Benefits Practice Group.
