Blue wraps. An issue of this literary or little magazine, featuring prose by Eugene O'Neill and Sherwood Anderson, a poem by Witter Bynner, etc. With an essay by the noted leftist and pacifist, Randoph Bourne, 'The War and the Intellectuals,' which critiques those with pro-World War I stances. The Seven Arts was a little magazine founded by Waldo Frank and James Oppenheim, who hoped to give voice to emerging artists. GOOD condition. Heavy chipping, splitting, tearing and loss to the wrappers along the spine, with the covers tenuously holding together. General fading and toning to the wrappers. Minor creasing.
