Backs in six compartments, gilt lettered in the second and third, gilt sporting ornaments centered in the rest, five raised bands, top edges gilt, marbled endpapers. Bound for Charles E. Lauriat, Boston with tiny pallet stamp on the lower front free endpapers. Very good attractive set with some wear and faults including one volume professionally re-backed with the original back-strip laid down. Two headcaps with partial chip, some minor wear to edges, corners and extremities, joints a bit rubbed. Two plates repaired without loss. Some corners of some sheets in one volume bumped with some minor small chips. Sheets and plates clean, unmarked, complete. H10449 All Items Are Sent Insured.
