He holds a BA in Law/Justice and a Master's Degree in Administrative Science. He graduated from the Northwestern University School of Police Staff & Command. After retirement, he became a Certified Business Continuity Professional and Emergency Planner for a global publishing company. He moved on to the Health Care field and served as Director of Security & Emergency Management for an urban hospital in New Jersey. All this experience could not stop him from writing this book.
