Comes with an unsigned AN on the verso of a collector's letter, 1p, 8" X 3", n.p., n.d. Addressed to Richard. Fine. In part: "Arch Ward, one of the Sports World's Greatest -- gave out with a quote, -- when the Pittsburgh Manager announced my name as the Relief Pitcher -- 'Well, thank Goodness for a name we can use in the box score without having to figure out some sort of an abbreviation. And, it was men like Arch Ward, who made Baseball the Institution it is to-day. You may quote me." Zinn inscribes and signs the collector's note on the other side. With original envelope.
