From title page, "Willing to Help 'mend His Native Country, Lamentably Tattered, Both the Upper-Leather and Sole, with All the Honest Stitches he Can Take. Written by Nathaniel Ward (1578-1652) an English clergyman and writer who codified the Massachusetts Laws (1641).
