THE LOVE AFFAIR

THE IMPOSSIBLE CHOICE
When Beth comes home, Scott, her best friend in the world, makes a confession that leaves her completely torn. Should she stand by sweet, steady Scott or follow the dangerous, intense new feelings she has for Derek?
THE HEARTBREAK
The closer Beth gets to Derek, the further away he seems. Then Beth discovers that Derek?s been hiding a dark secret from her ?one that could shatter everything.
When Arizona author, Angela Morrison, was in kindergarten, she wanted to be a veterinarian and have a hundred cats, and then she went to first grade and learned how to write. She's been a scribbler ever since. She's thrilled to join the Lawley Publishing family. Her debut picture book, Rockhound, will be released in late 2022 or early 2023. She continues her love of family history with a middle grade, FIREBUG, that imagines the struggles nine-year-old trickster, Mary Lee (Angela's mom), faces when her own mother goes away to a mental health sanitarium. It is under consideration now. Angela's award-winning, critically acclaimed, young adult romances, Sing me to Sleep, the Taken by Storm series, and her historical love story, An Ocean atween Us, continue to be available via Amazon. Angela holds an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts and a BA in English from Brigham Young University. She grew up on the wheat farm where Taken by Storm is set, scuba dives around the world, volunteers at the Phoenix Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and loves playing with her grandkids—who inspire her every day.
