About this Item

J.M Dent & Sons, Ltd., London. Dispatches from the British Commander in France from December 1915 though the end of the war and into April 1919. Loaded with maps, includeing a fold out map at the back fo the book. This copy was owned by Brigadier General Henry Reilly. Reilly served as a brigade commander under General Doughlas MacArthur in the 42nd Infantry Division in WWI. There are a few notes from General Reilly in the margins. Good copy of the first edition. The book s front hinge is starting and the spine is partially sun stained. No dust jacket. 378 pages. Bookseller Inventory # 29235
