xii, 125p. Originally published in 1827, this is from the second edition from 1856. disbound with originally threads still intact. Wear to all edges with some loss at corners. Long tear across page 5-6 at center. No loss to text. The 1856 second edition was released in a 300 page and this 125 page 'extract.,' both published by Henry Longstreth. Copies have been cataloged both with and without the publisher name on the title page, Evidently copies without the publisher name on the title page include a note on the back wrapper as follows: "The complete work from which the extract contained in this pamphlet are taken is published and for sale by Henry Longstreth, no. 347 Market Street, Philadelphia." this copy lacks said wraps.
