Eleventh printing. One volume complete, 405 pages. Inscribed by the author: "To George W. Stair with the compliments of Marie Conway Oemler New York City Nov 30 1920." Stair was a bookseller where Rockefeller Center Now stands afterwards becoming the rare book man at Brentano's. Apart from a dusty top edge, the book is fine. The dust jacket is clean and bright but has two one inch chips, one at the bottom of the rear panel and one at the foot of the spine, and a few smaller chips at the edges. None affect the type.
