SonomaWORKS was a ‘welfare to work’ program that was evaluated through grant funding from the US Department of Justice in the late 1990's. About the Author

Ned completed his tertiary education and early professional career in California. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, he continued his masters degree at Cornell University. later he graduated from Sonoma State University in public policy and then completed his PhD in Brisbane. Australia.
