This is the Southwest Museum Papers, Number Nine. A Symposium of five well respected scientists in the study of California deserts. This copy is from the estate of contributor Charles Avery Amsden. Inscribed on the first front end paper: " Charles Amsden with affection and appreciation from Betty and Bill Campbell". B&W photos of artifacts found at the site and a wonderful fold out map of the area. Leather and cloth covers have light wear to the leather corners and edges. Inside of boards are covered in marbled paper. Light edge toning to front and rear end papers. Ships in bubble wrap in box. Bookseller Inventory # PC 85-33

Well-illustrated with photographs and maps, several of which are large and fold out. All are intact. 51 pages plus 50+ more blank pages presumably added for rebinding purposes.
