Lincoln's speech runs to page eleven; there follows the caption title States Rights and the Supreme court. Speech of Senator Doolittle, of Wisconsin, Delivered in the United States Senate, February 24, 1860 which runs through page fourteen. Page fifteen has a caption title Medary's veto. Monaghan 50.
