About the Author: Gregory Evans, innovator, publishers, and industry leader has been recognized as an expert in computer security and hi-tech crimes. Mr. Evans is currently the founder of LIGATT Security and the Technology Crimes Institute (TCI). E-Snitch can track a stolen computer almost anywhere in the world within 50 feet. He also designed Missingingcomputers.com a free website that allows victims of a computer theft to report their loss. While at the helm of The Cyber Group Network Mr. Evans designed Password Protection Information Retrieval Technology (PPIRT). PPIRT is the first security software of its kind that includes a 2,048 bit encryption program and computer recovery technology. PPIRT has the ability to track stolen computers over the Internet and across land line telephones.
In the year 2000 Mr. Evans produced and co-hosted one of the first radio talk shows discussing to hi-tech crimes. The show, "Cyber Crime Radio" and was heard throughout southern California and across the world via the Internet. "Cyber Crime Radio" was broadcast in the second largest radio market in the country on KIEV in Los Angeles.
Mr. Evans expertise is featured in a variety of media outlets. Evan’s appearances include, The History Channels "Modern Marvels", where he demonstrated the capabilities of computer surveillance and the destruction of cyber terrorism. Mr. Evans also served as an expert consultant to the following papers, Sun News Papers, LA Times, USA Today, Wells Fargo Business Journal, CEO Watch, Black Enterprise, JET Magazine and numerous others.

On February 9, 2002, Mr. Evans received the NAACP Humanitarian Award for his efforts to increase technology awareness and knowledge in low-income communities. He has also been recognized by Congress woman, Diane Watson, and then Chief of Police for the Los Angeles Police Department Bernard Parks, for his contributions to the community.
