Local ads and photos of places and community leaders throughout. Articles on town history, buldings etc. G+ to VG-. Wraps are well-soiled and moderately rubbed/foxed, though primarily along edges, with central colors, titles and photo of bridge still clear and strong. Some rubbing along hinges but staple binding holding fine. Pages are moderately toned but clean and unmarked. Very scarce; of particular interest due to recent loss of structure.
