Minton, Balch & Company, NY. An examination of some of the various political leaders involved in WWI. The author s goal is examine 23 leaders with the light of 10 years after the war s armistace. Martin includes such people as Prime Minister Lloyd George, Woodrow Wilson, Georges Clemenceau, Kaiser Wilhelm and Czar Nicolas II. This copy was owned by Brigadier General Henry J. Reilly, who served as a brigade commander in the 42nd Infantry Division in WWI. Also has a label from The Henry J. Reilly Memorial Library. Last chapters of the book has some underlining and column notes from General Reilly. Good copy of the first edition. The book has minor sun fading on the spine. No dust jacket. 329 pages.
